If I could, I would give less than one star. We decided to go with a smaller agent and keep our money local... Big mistake. Eugene Eike is a thief! My wife and I asked Mr. Eike to provide us with Auto, Motorcycle, and Homeowners insurance. When we left his office, we were under the impression that we were insured. After driving for almost a week, we found out that he had not even submitted our auto policy. We decided to cut ties and use another company. We called Eike to cancel. Three days later a charge for $1445 hits my account... From Eike.
